Words are power. What a great post and so much inspiring reading.
I agree on all and how important it is to think before we speak 😉 our words have consequences and can change lifes. The question is what kind of change do we want to make. And to not surround yourself with negative emotions or people who does have an effect on us even if we don't realize that.
Sorry I just talk to much, but thank you for sharing this. Really liked it. Something we can all relate to

For me the part think before I speak.
But I honestly do think before and after and in between.. Lol
