Sometimes you just have to set a deadline and do it, NO MATTER WHAT.
You may not be "completely ready" yet but you know what, it's OK. You'll figure it out as you go and you'll continue to work on things as you go; the most important thing is — that you go!
It hasn't really worked out for us here as we intended. It's actually very peculiar and eyebrow-raising how much it hasn't worked out for us here. But there was no hesitation in my knowing that it's because we're not meant to be here. We're both meant to leave this region. I've wanted to leave for years now, and "wanted" is a huge understatement. At the beginning of the year, we thought we left for good, but ended up coming back temporarily to reroute. We're both meant to start a whole new book, not just "a new chapter." Coming back, this was just meant to be a transitional phase during which we'd plan our next journey (to our new home) and save some money to be able to do so. But wow have things not worked out. It's been rough. It's as though the glue that holds this existence together — call it God, call it Spirit, call it whatever you call it — is saying: "Nope, I don't care, you need to get your ass out of there and start a new life. I don't care what your situation is or what your plans are, get out, now!"
That said, it came with its merits. I've been able to delve deeper into shadows and nasties while in this transitional phase; which seems like a bad thing on the surface, but it's a good thing. I've also been able to self reflect and reroute on a personal and business level. I finally let go of something to make room for new ideas and future plans in terms of my pursuits. I've learned a few things during this time. There's always something that you gain from any situation, even if it's "just" insight and clarity. Nothing is without reason. Everything serves a purpose. So even though the past 8 months seem like a waste of life, in a sense, and even though we certainly need more money to make this coming journey more comfortable, we're still going to do it! I set a date. I made reservations. It's done. It's happening. I don't care about the ifs and buts and should'ves — I see them, but they're not holding me back...
You just have to take charge and MAKE IT HAPPEN.
