"What is the meaning of the ancient saying the above?"
by @moch-yusuf
If our souls are fragile like glass, then when the hammer / problems hit, we will easily discouraged, frustrated, disappointed, angry, and so despondent. If we are glass, then we are also vulnerable to impact. We are easily offended, disappointed, angry, or hurt when we relate to others. Fewer collisions is more than enough to destroy our relationship.
Never be glass, but be steel. "Mental steel" is mentally always positive, even remain grateful in times of problems and circumstances that really difficult middle in on him.
Why is that? People who like this always thought that "the problem is the process of life to shape it for the better". A piece of steel would be a more useful tool after first processed and molded with a hammer. Each blow is painful, but they are steel-minded have always realized that it was good for him.
If today we are being oppressed by the problems of life, never responded with the wrong attitude!
If we are "steel", we will always see the hammer that hits us as companions that will establish us. Conversely, if we "glass" then we will always see a hammer as an enemy who would destroy us.
