Yeah I do feel that a number of quality posts (not mine) are left unappreciated and some copy-pasted stuff gets lots of upvotes. That happens everywhere, whether on Steemit or not. That said, if we practice all of the values highlighted above, we should be able to achieve at the very least, some sort of success.
