you are really overthinking mate. You are finding problems, which are not even there in the first place. Its like having a pain somewhere in your body and when you search on internet about what it might be. Trust me after reading on 3 to 4 websites, you will surely end up with cancer as per them. Chill and meditate a little. As soon as you feel like that, no matter what time it is, do a simple exercise which gets your blood pumping and these thought will fade away.

I try to meditate. I tend to listen to music and just let my self fade into the lyrics and find senerity through music.

mate, it will be awkward, but whenever you have negative thoughts, just do suats or jumping jacks, it will surely help. Will increase oxygen supply and will uplift your mood.

i have done Yoga but the place i am renting is to small,i also use to go for a moped ride but it's been to cold to ride
