THE BBH PROJECT WITNESS NODE

Why @thebbhproject Hive Witness node?

There are two reasons that I will explain.

  1. The first reason to run a Witness node is simple. To support the Hive Blockchain as a whole.
    The more witnesses there are, the more decentralized it becomes. Awesome.

  2. Is my overall goals for my "The BBH Project".

I have a mission statement: To make BBH the most profitable income token on Hive.
I love to give back. I always have in life. And I am doing this on Hive, I just want to do more of it.
I want to channel some of the Witness earnings into DripDay(read below).

Now for back ground on me and some history of my project.

DEDICATION

As of this writing with the @bradleyarrow account I have been on this blockchain now for 1877 days. And I am extremely proud to say my posting streak continues. I have now done at least one post a day for 1877 strait days.
Yes, from the 1st day I joined. I have not missed a day.

This should show the dedication I have to Hive, even during my wife's battle with cancer and her death on the 21st of Jun 2024 I still managed to get a least one long form post done.

HISTORY OF BBH PROJECT

BBH INCEPTION - 25TH NOV 2020

It is almost 4 years old. I been working it mainly in the background until this year.
Lets get into the details or what I am doing now.

Saturdays are Drip Day. That means it is/was drip day. Now if you are not a regular reader of mine you are wondering what is drip day.

I run a income token and tipping bot all in one. The token is BBH. Every Saturday I payout the people holding BBH tokens. Passive income if you like. I like to call it a 'drip' of a token(s) to the people that own BBH tokens. And unlike some all you have to do is own it. No staking, no nothing.

If you own 10 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive. If you own 5,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive and the Alive token, and CTP Tokens. If you own 10,000 or more BBH tokens you got a drip of swap.hive, Alive, CTP, and $LEO:$0.03:$0.10 tokens.

All just for owning BBH. There are two ways you can get BBH. First you can buy them from the open market. I use TribalDex myself.

Or they can be tipped to you. The great part about BBH tipping is that when you tip a token to someone else you do not loose any of your own. There is a central pool that supplies them.

And a third way to get BBH would be people gift them to you. There was an update to the tipping bot. If you now tip 1 BBH you get 1 BBH also. How facking awesome is that.

And now a forth way to get BBH with the BBH Miner.

TIPPING

In a 24 hour period, reset at new day UTC. There are currently five levels of tipping.

Level 1 = 1000 BBH holdings = 1 tip per day you can send
Level 2 = 5000 BBH holdings = 5 tips per day you can send
Level 3 = 20000 BBH holdings = 20 tips per day you can send
Level 4 = 50000 BBH holdings = 50 tips per day you can send
Level 5 = 100,000 BBH holdings = 100 tips per day you can send

The tipping command is !BBH

THE BBH PROJECT TRIBE/OUTPOST IS LIVE

About 2 months ago I launched a front end, a tribe, an outpost for the BBH Project.

THE BBH PROJECT Outpost/Tribe is live. The link will bring you to our frontend.

Our main tag is bbh. We have four others, inleo, tip, drip, and passive.
BBH has to be used in one of the first 5 tags in your long form posts. If not, it will not show up on The BBH Project front end.

Almost four years since I started working on the BBH Project, mostly in the back ground. I finially got to the point where I can say: I am just getting started. lol.

A lot of work a head, a lot of ideas I want to get done, a lot more building to do.

Hang on people it is going to be an exciting, all be it, slow ride, as building goes. I cannot wait to see what the next 4 years brings.

    I like this phrase very much, and it has to be this way to achieve more independence.

    The more witnesses there are, the more decentralized it becomes. Awesome.
