I think my admiration of sailing ships started from working off fishing boats in my young busy summers and the arrival of a training sailing ship at the Vancouver harbor. I think Canadian history was dull too, as if it was made dull on purpose, a theory I still mull about. Now I learned more history on YouTube than I ever did at school. !LOL

Lots of leasing spaces are available but very expensive even at subprime and inconvenient locations so far. It would be an extension for a church single parent family ministry meaning non-profit.
