I get passive income from two Income rental properties on top of my regular income as a nurse, my home is now mortgage free and I do not have significant debt.
Of all the investments and assets I have I find collecting silver and gold coins my favorite way of saving and fun learning about each of them at the same time. Most important is that I will know my children will benefit from them at a future time as an asset they can rely on when in need or an opportunity arises.
