Different Categories of Accounts on X

Even though other social media platforms have more fake accounts and abusers than X and even if we have some here on Hive ecosystem the problem is consistent. I will share some types of Accounts that i have seen these past few days there starting ofc with one category and type that i would say i would fall in as well.

Giveaway People

I don't like social media, i don't have instagram, tik tok etc etc. The only reason i created X is simply for the giveaways. I like giveaways, i like winning free things, most of the times i don't really win though. Like me, there are a lot of people and i get it, who doesn't like free stuff.

On the contrary, though there are people who are doing giveaways not because they want to giveback or something, these are rare, but they mostly do it to promote stuff or gain more followers.

The saddest thing is that there are too many accounts doing fake giveaways, meaning that they don't actually give anything or if they do, they will give the rewards to alt accounts of friends!

Bots

There are way too many bots especially now with the whole AI thing. People create these accounts, to gain more like, more followers and popularity, participate in giveaways and increase their chances and such.

Shillers - Promoters

I understand that people will always try to promote things and shill coins that they have invested and honestly i have no issue with that, i do it as well. What really gets on my nerves though and i don't like at all, is that most of them only care about money. They will promote and shill anything even if they don't believe it, it's a scam or know it. They will simply read what they have to say and just do it for a fair amount of money.

On the contrary, i like people promoting things and coins they actually like, believe in them and such. These are really cool people, be like them!

The Follow Guys

Even though we all know the follow for follow, lately i have realized that if you are a premium member on X you are getting paid based on the replies, follows, likes (or something like that) based on the other verified members interacting with you.

Thus, this leads to people constantly seeking ways to attract more verified profiles, from giveaways to literally 300-400 posts per day, really that is an actual thing, in order to attract more. Ofc the purpose is to receive more followers and then gain more rewards from X and attract others who would pay them to promote or shill crypto and products!
