Hi there again!
Part five of the Inktober challenge I participated previous year. Click here for part one, two, three and four.
Today I want to show you some practices I did with a horse, young cows and a painting, all with ink ofcourse.
The owner of this quarterhorse is a friend of mine, who trains them by clickertraining. Really interesting! Though drawing horses is my cryptonite, I think I did quite okay with thisone. I'm happy how the muscles turned out:
To read my comments below the drawing is always fun: "Ehmagerd, this is HARD, everything is out of proportion :( A loooooooot of corrections. (Hooves, hindquarters, belly, back, length of the mouth, the front legs, hind legs not in one line."
I'm not so content with the calves I made:
And trying to ink an oilpainting is something new...
And my comments here: "I feel just as succesfull as Vincent is looking in this drawing. Hot damn, it is so hard to draw a crooked face in a crooked manner. The same for inking a painting.
By the way; did the bloke paint with the backside of his brush?"
Did you participated with this year's Inktober? I'd love to hear from you!
Thanks for visiting, I hope you like it and come by another time!
