Todoroki's left side is burnt when he is still a child by his mother which is the same side of his quirk fire. I assume burnt, fire or roast are more like on the same page when you categorize them so with that the first thing that comes to my mind is Todoroki Shoto of the popular anime today Boku No Hero Academia or in english translation My Hero Academia.
