I worry for steemit over this one item. We are loosing too many contributors that get tired of this.

Sure thing. Downvote is something I would like to see removed ... as curation and author rewards. I will post soon about it.

Curation would get rid of the bots, so I like that.

Downvotes, if Severly Limited, might be okay. As it sits now, it is killing steemit!

Rewards are so small, I sometimes forget them.
