Yeah, I lean toward this -- the idea that there are lots of unreleased technologies. Kind of feels like Trump is gauging the waters to see if people are ready for this. And it's probably likely that most of the tech necessary for anything along these lines, already exists.

Since watching the Secret Space Program Conference in Bastrop Texas with all the different speakers, I think we could safely bet the tech exists. I remember during the campaign it being mentioned that technologies would be released under a Trump presidency, so I agree that he very well might be testing the waters of the populace to see if they are ready to accept we have this tech and they have been lied to and had their tech retarded for all of these years. (As if not being able to move away from the combustible engine isn't evidence enough.) The Pentagon UFO releases could indicate as much.
