Seriously, New York was a mess and in financial ruin in the early 1980's. There were pot holes in the street that you could loose a car into. Should we have thought the govetnment terrorist for not being able to afford the fixing of the streets as you imply your government is for some very easily cleanable debris.

Oh hobos and junkies? The US has no shortage of them either. That is not isolated to political ideoligies.
