INSIGHT: Russian Experts Tell Us Why False Flags Happen in Syria

Are the White Helmets behind the next set of curtains? An interesting discussion surrounding the ongoing Syrian crisis aired on the 29th of August. The discussion featured three Russian experts providing expertise and insight about the situation with the main topic being the reports about the White Helmets and Tahrir al-Sham preparing a false flag chemical attack in the province of Idlib.

They tell us about the involvement of the United States and the UK in their latest attempt to incriminate Assad in a possible chemical attack that they will not only blame Assad for but Russia for not being able to convince Assad to stop it. After some of the earlier chemical attacks that happened in 2017, Putin issued a warning that such attempts could continue and serve as geopolitical tools to maintain influence in a region that the FUKUS powers are losing a stake in. France, as an example, used to be highly influential in Syria, but now Macron has been travelling to the US in an effort to retain relevant in Syria and the region.

The discussion doesn't stop there - it goes deeper into issues of the significant Navy build-up in the Mediterranean Sea and how the situation could escalate if a small misfire happens which would lead to, what they describe as a Second Cuban Missile Crisis. As developments continue, will this potential false flag dwell into something more dangerous? Idlib, in any case, will need to be solved by Syria and its allies so that the peace and reconciliation process could happen at a much faster pace.
