STOPUniknya fenomena khas Mie Aceh, hanya diluar aceh namanya Mie Aceh. Kalau di aceh sendiri justru variannya lebih banyak lg. Misal: mie goreng kering, mie goreng basah, mie rebus, mie kepiting, mie udang, mie tumis, mie ikan, mie sotong, mie caluk, mie tahu, mie kacang, mie 1000 dll. Mgkn inilah perbendaharaan peradaban sebuah daerah.
