Oleh karena itu, masyarakat mempunyai inisiatif membakar sebagian daging tersebut agar bisa mereka simpan dengan aman tanpa khawatir busuk dan tidak sekaligus mereka masak semua. Mereka bisa masak lain hari dengan olahan yang berbeda.
