Bagaimana kabar kalian wahai para Steemian? Masih Ok?
Tulisan berikut merupakan cerita tentang keterlibatan salah satu Steemian asal Medan dalam acara 1st meet up yang diselenggarakan di kota takengon, sabtu, 10 Maret 2018. Jauh yah? Begitulah, itu semua demi rasa persaudaraan di Steemit. Mari kita cek gambaran pertemuan tersebut!

The following article is a story about the involvement of one of Medan's steemian in the 1st meetup event held in Takengon City, Saturday, March 10, 2018. It is quite faraway distance, isn’t it? That’s how it was done for the sake of brotherhood in Steemit. Lets check the pictures of the meeting out!

Menjiwai Steemit (Feel the Steemit)

Jiwa KSI Chapter Medan pun Hadir di sana. Diwakili oleh @jamanfahmi, KSI Chapter Medan menyampaikan salam kekeluargaan untuk para Steemian yang hadir di acara 1st Meet Up KSI Chapter Gayo. Ada jarak yang cukup jauh memisahkan Medan dengan Takengon. Namun, rasa kekeluargaan tidak akan pernah hilang. Hal ini seperti menempatkan Steemit tepat berada pada jantung tubuh.

The soul of KSI Chapter Medan was there. Represented by @jamanfahmi, KSI Chapter Medan conveyed the family greetings to the Steemians who attended the 1st KSI Chapter Gayo meetup. There is a considerable distance separating Medan and Takengon. However, the sense of relationship will never be lost. It is like placing Steemit right at the heart of the body.

Acara Puncak (The Main Event)

Kita sungguh takjub melihat beberapa steemian berorasi menyuarakan antihoaks di depan Gedung Pendari, lokasi acara. Kemudian semua steemian pun berkumpul di aula Gedung. Kita menyaksikan acara ini bersama. Momen ini terekam sebagai berikut.

We were astonished to see some steemians orated on expressing antihoax in front of Pendari House, the location of the event. All steemians gathered in the building hall. We watched this event together. This moment is recorded as follows.

Setiap narasumber yang hadir, Brother @levycore, @aiqabrago, @razack-pulo, @bahagia-arbi, @abduhawab, @kemal13, @zainalbakri, @ayijufridar, menceritakan perjalanan untuk membesarkan akun masing-masing. Memang, tidak ada dari mereka yang mengakui bahwa bertahan di Steemit ini mudah. Awalnya, Kita akan menemukan berbagai kendala. Karya terbaik tidak mendapat upvote yang cukup atau karya terbaik mendapat upvote tapi nilai tukar SBD turun drastis.

Beliau membeli Ratusan Steem saat harga tukar dengan Rupiahnya masih berbanding 1 : 13.000. Bayangkan, berapa Rupiah yang beliau dapatkan saat nilai tukar Steem naik menjadi 70.000? Woow, itu angka yang sangat fantastis...

Bila meninjau kurva nilai harga uang virtual Steemit, pada web coingecko.com misalnya, kita bisa mengakali investasi dengan membeli steem atau SBD pada saat harganya turun dan menjualnya pada saat harganya naik. Meskipun demikian, investasi pada uang virtual masih menyimpan resiko tersendiri.

Tentu saja, pernyataan dari brother @levycore ini mendatangkan tepuk tangan yang sangat meriah dari semua Steemian yang hadir saat itu.

There was a moment that is somewhat stressful when the speakers get the question, whether one day this Steemit platform will close or end? Elegantly, brother @levycore, the chairman of Indonesian Steemit Community, asserted that as long as there is an account that works and seeks to develop Steemit even if it is only one account, Steemit will continue to live. Of course, this statement from brother @levycore brought a very festive applause from all the Steemians who were present at the time.

Acara Penutup(Closing Event)

Malam harinya, para steemian diundang untuk menghadiri acara keakraban (lagi). Saat itu merupakan saat yang tepat untuk berkenalan antar Steemian yang rata-rata berasal dari daerah yang berbeda. Untuk mengusir lapar, setiap steemian secara mendiri membakar jagung. Pada proses membakar jagung ini, kita masih bisa merasakan suasana kekeluargaan yang muncul. Kita bisa melihat senyum dan tawa yang lepas. Kita menyadari bahwa Steemit lah yang membawa kita ke sini. Steemit menjadi pemersatu setiap individu yang hakikatnya berbeda. Terima kasih Steemit. In the evening, the steemians were invited to attend the familiarity event (again). It was a good time to get to know each other, which came from different regions on average. Furthermore, to ward off hunger, every steemian burns some corns. In the process of burning corns, we can still feel the atmosphere of relationship that appears. We can see the smiles and laughers who laugh freely. We realize that it was Steemit who brought us here. Steemit becomes unifier of each individual that is essentially different.
