Tulisan ini melanjutkan tulisan sebelumnya mengenai salah tata kelola TIK, dan pada kali ini membahas solusi dan standar dari Tata Kelola TIK. Tata kelola IT merupakan suatu keharusan yang harus dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan atau pemerintahan, dan implementasi dan penerapan teknologi informasi merupakan langkah awal dalam meraih sukses dalam era globalisasi dan era ekonomi informasi ini yang berkembang sangat cepat.

Berbagai model penerapan Tata kelola TIK, namun semuanya kembali lagi kepada pemakainya, apakah ingin menerapkan tata kelola it yang minimal terstandar atau model comot-comot. Model tata kelola TIK sebenarnya harus diutamakan dalam pengelolaan dari proses TIK itu sendiri, dengan mengarahkan semua proses TIK tersebut secara fokus, beberapa hal pentinga dalam proses Tata kelola TIK yang harus diperhatikan adalah :

Dalam hal ini semua hal diindentifikasi sesuai kebutuhan Perkembangan dari TIK, baik berupa layanan yang akan diberikan, identifikasi kebutuhan dari perangkat dan model teknologi sistem TIK, dan pengembangan sistem TIK sendiri. Merencanakan sistem TIK ini harus benar-benar dipikirkan secara menyeluruh, memperhatikan perkembangan zaman terhadap TIK, menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi dan perangkat adalah hal yang sangat diperhatikan, dan merencanakan sistem TIK dalam ranah jangka waktu tertentu sesuai prioritas keperluan adalah salah satu hal yang penting dilakukan mengingat ketersediaan alat. Dan bagian ini menetapkan Visi adalah suatu keharusan sehingga naninya realisasi terhadap visi dapat tercapai melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dan arsitektur dari TIK itu sendiri. Bagaimana membuat dan merencanakan arsitektur informasi dan aplikasi, arsitektur aplikasi dan juga bagaimana merencanakan arsitektur dari infrastrutur teknologi dari sistem TIK itu sendiri.

Pada bagian ini adalah bagaimana proses untuk mengimplementasikan dari rencana awal yang telah disusun sesuai dengan prioritas utama dan prioritas kedua dalam realisasi pelaksanaan dari sistem TIK, sekaligus melakukan evaluasi terhadap realisasi rencana TIK. Implementasi dari sistem TIK ini mencakup bagaimana alternatif realisasi sistem TIK, penentuan kebutuhan sistem TIK, realisasi sistem arsitektur perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras, dan semua hal menyangkut realisasi dan implementasi sistem TIK harus memperhatikan siklus keberlangsungan proses dari sistem TIK itu sendiri dengan memperhatikan pengembangan dengan cara system development life cycle. Dalam realisasi sistem TIK juga harus diperhatikan keamanan yang menyangkut dengan kerahasiaan, ketersediaan, dan integritas. Terakhir adalah ujicoba sebelum direalisasikan agar tercapai standar dan prioritas yang ingin dicapai sehingga dapat terukur keberhasilan dari implementasi dari sistem tik itu sendiri.

Pada bagian ini adalah berupa proses dari sistem tik itu sendiri dalam memberikan layanan kepada yang membutuhkan, bagaimana layanan dapat diberikan kepada end user, sehingga end user merasa nyaman dari segi keamanan, kecepatan dan keberlangsungan dari layanan sistem ini, semakin bertambah end user maka layanan ini tetap dapat bisa diakses. Banyak dari sistem TIK dimana-mana bermasalah pada bagian pengoperasian sistem TIK, hal ini karena hal-hal seperti keamanana dan keberlangsungan sistem, manajemen data, manajemen aplikasi dan bagaimana manajemen infrastruktur dari proses pengoperasian sistem tik itu sendiri, sebagai contoh sistem yang dapat saya berikan contoh adalah SNMPTN (sebuah sistem penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang berbasis TIK), dimana semakin bertambah user dan bertambah data, sistem tik SNMPTN ini tetap dapat berjalan dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi end user. Menjaga keberlangsungan proses dari sistem TIK itu adalah sangat penting, bayangkan jika keberlangsungan TIK dari sebuah Bank Nasional macet, bisa dibayangkan sendiri apa yang akan terjadi.

Pemeliharaan adalah segalah kegiatan yang menyangkut dengan pemeliharaan sistem tik itu sendiri agar dapat berjalan sesuai dari masa ataupun durasi siklus dari hidup proses TIK itu sendiri, hal menyangkut pemeliharaan arsitektur aplikasi, arsitektur insfrastuktur teknologi dan bagaimana pemeliharaan dari data sistem TIK itu sendiri. Dan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh proses sistem tik dilakukan secara berskala yang berguna untuk menjaga proses keberlangsungan proses dan sistem dari tik itu sendiri.

itulah hal standar dari tata kelola tik yang harus diperhatikan agar jangan terjadi salah kaprah dari tata kelola TIK, banyak model dari tata kelola tik, namun tergantung dengan organisasi dalam menentukan sesuai kebutuhan yang pada umumnya adalah guna menjaga keberlangsungan dari proses tik sendiri, karena dalam era ekonomi informasi ini keberlangsungan dari proses tik sangat menentukan dari segi finansial ataupun keberlangsungan proses sebuah organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan interaksi melayani pengguna dari layanan tik itu sendiri.
