Dear Steemians.
Did not feel the time so fast passed. The days we have passed have scribbled notes in our charity sheets. We do not know the black or white notes that we will grasp later. It's just that we may wish, even if there are black sheets of our charity may Allah remove them to become white again. When the fasting ones are perfect in carrying out Allah's commands in the month of Ramadan, then that perfection is also what they will get. And if anything is lacking in carrying out God's commands then that deficiency will return to him. In such conditions, there is no need to criticize except to himself.
There is kemiripin between fasting practice with prayer in the aspect of reward and sanctions (reward and punishment). This is in line with Salman al-Pharisa's statement: "Prayers are like a balance sheet. Whosoever keeps it then he has kept the scales. But whoever cuts it down, then woe to al Muthaffifin (the one who reduced the scales). Likewise, fasting and all charity proceed according to the scales. Anyone who keeps it will become God's chosen servant who has kept his scales. And anyone who minimizes it is woeful for those who reduce the scales (al Muthaffifin). Why does one feel unashamed, when he fulfills his lust while he reduces the balance of fasting and his prayers? ".
The early scholars always pay attention to the perfection of charity. They are really earnest in perfecting the charity, they do the totality. Only then did they notice their acceptance of their deeds. They feel worried, if their deeds are not accepted by Allah swt. The condition as Allah says in Sura Al Mukminun verse 60: "And those who give what they have given (charity), with a fearful heart".
In commenting on that verse, Ibn al-Arabi quotes the hadith narrated by Imam Tirmidhi that Ayesha asked the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) about the verse: "Are they who drink wine and steal? He said: "That's not it, O Shiddiq's daughter. But they are fasting, praying and giving charity while they feel worried that their practice is not accepted. They are always competing in doing good. Ramadan is filled with a variety of ar-Rahman dishes have begun to shift slowly. Thus Shawwal had begun to show his shadow. With the remaining time may we become the lucky ones and avoid al Muthaffifin, the people who reduce the scales.
