Dear Steemians.

Allah SWT says in the Qur'an:
"Worship God and associate not with him anything. and do good to two fathers-mothers."(Q.S.An Nisa ': 36)

One form of taqwa to Allah SWT is that we exercise God's right and the rights of His servant. Where the greatest right among God's servants is the right of the parents. Islam has placed both parents in a noble and high position. Allah Almighty has affirmed in the Qur'an that every Muslim is obliged to mute Him and not associate Him with anything. Then accompanied by an order to always do good to both parents. And the parents are the bearers of blessing in the lives of their children. Rasulullah SAW also affirms that the pleasure of Allah SWT with the pleasure of his parents and the wrath of Allah SWT with the wrath of parents. What it means is that Allah SWT will bless someone when his parents bless him and vice versa, Allah will also wrath someone if his parents lunge him.

In the Qur'an there are many verses that warn every Muslim to do good to his parents. Where, almost every command to worship God is accompanied by an order to worship to both father's mother. Islam teaches the lack of distance between the child and both parents though little. Therefore a child should always be close and feel close to both under any circumstances. The child's service to parents is essentially not for his parents alone and not for the repayment of his father's two mothers, but for the child himself. Because it is impossible for a child to be able to repay all the good of the parents in any form whatsoever.

Rasulullah SAW said: "Be merciful to your parents, your children will surely serve you".(H.R. Thabrani)

The facts of life prove that what a person does to his two master's men, no doubt done by his children against him. How much a child directly or indirectly abuses both his parents, until he is said to be a rebellion to him, then his children disobey him and pollute the clarity of his life. And how much a child does good to his parents with words and deeds which consequently his children do good and honor him. The duties of devotion, support and good deeds to both parents are the main task before other worldly duties are performed. These are the teachings of Islam contained in the Qur'an:

"And your Lord has commanded that you should not worship other than Him and be good to your father's mother with all the best. if one of them is or both of them until you are old in your care, then never say to them both the words "ah" and do not yell at them and say to them the noble words.
(Q.S. Al Isra ': 23)
