Kue Sagu Biskuit Coklat

Kali ini saya ingin berbagi resep bagaimana cara membuat cookies. Makanan ringan pendamping minum kopi atau teh.

Bahan:

  • 50ml susu UHT Full cream
  • 90gr Orchid Butter unsalted dingin
  • 20 keping biskuit cokelat tanpa krim, cincang kasar.
  • 250gr sagu, sangrai dengan api kecil selama kurang lebih 10 menit
  • 40gr margarin
  • 120gr gula tepung
  • 1 kuning telur
  • 1/4 sdt baking powder

Cara membuat:

  • Campurkan Orchid Butter unsalted, margarin, dan gula tepung, lalu aduk kurang lebih selama 3 menit. Lalu tambahkan kuning telur dan aduk kembali hingga merata.

  • Masukkan susu UHT full cream sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di aduk.

  • Tambahkan tepung sagu dan baking powder sambil diayak dan aduk hingga rata.

  • Masukkan biskuit cokelat yang sudah di cincang kasar, lalu aduk hingga merata.

  • Cetak adonan dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi Orchid Butter unsalted

  • Oven dengan api bawah suhu 140° Celcius 40 menit hingga matang

Sago Biscuits Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 20 chocolate biscuits without cream, roughly chopped.
  • 250gr sago, roasted with small heat for about 10 minutes
  • 40gr margarine
  • 120gr sugar flour
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

How ​​to make:

  • Combine unsalted Orchid Butter, margarine, and flour sugar, then stir for about 3 minutes. Then add the egg yolk and stir again until evenly distributed.
  • Enter full cream UHT milk little by little while continuing in stir.
  • Add sago flour and baking powder while sifted and stir until blended.
  • Enter the chocolate biscuits that have been chopped roughly, then stir until evenly distributed.
  • Print the dough in a baking sheet that has been smeared on unsalted Orchid Butter
  • Oven with fire under temperature 140 ° Celcius 40 minutes until cooked
