Banda Aceh - The General Policy Document on Budget Priorities The Provisional Budget Ceiling (KUA-PPAS) has been submitted by the Aceh Government to the Aceh House of Representatives (DPRA), besides that the Aceh Provincial Government has also enacted the Draft of Revenue and Expenditure Budget of Aceh (RAPBA) 2018.

This was conveyed by the Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development of Aceh Secretary, Dr. Taqwallah M Kes, to a dozen demonstrators from the Aceh Student Youth Coalition (KMPA), on the front page of Aceh Governor's Office on Monday (8/1/2018).

"Two main documents for budget discussions have been submitted by the Aceh Government to the DPRA. At the end of July 2017 we have submitted documents KUA PPAS and in early December 2017 we have also submit RAPBA 2018, "said Taqwallah.

On the occasion, Head of P2K APBA also explained, the executive and legislative also have made several meetings in order to accelerate discussion RAPBA 2018.

Therefore, Taqwallah hopes, the support of all elements of society to RAPBA 2018 immediately passed. "Insha Allah, with good intentions of the executive and legislative and support from all RAPBA 2018 communities can be immediately discussed and ratified as soon as possible," said Taqwallah.

Previously, in the oration delivered in turn, the demonstrators asked the Government of Aceh and DPRA to immediately discuss and legalize RAPBA 2018. There are at least five demands conveyed by the demonstrators, including asking the Government of Aceh to be serious about APBA delays in 2018 problems.

The demonstrators also urged that in the discussion of RAPBA 2018, the executive and legislature prioritize the interests of the people and abandon the attitude that prioritizes sectoral interests.

The demonstrators also asked the Irwandi-Nova Government, in order for APBA 2018 to focus more on human resource development program rather than physical project.

In response, Taqwallah explained, that the Government of Irwandi-Nova has compiled 15 excellent programs to Aceh Besar. And one of them is Aceh carong program. According to Taqwallah, this program proves that the Government of Aceh 2017-2022 not only pursues physical projects but also the development of human resources of the people of Aceh as a whole.
