Hi, I am very sorry to read that. @icuz is a member of the Indonesian family of my wife (@kobold-djawa). We tried to help and explain him how to use Steemit as a way to support the whole family there. As soon as I have the opportunity I will try to explain him what exactly he did wrong (unfortunately I think he was not really aware of making a big mistake - and his English is not the best as well, so I guess he didn't really understand the meaning of your text). Of course I also wasn't aware that his last texts weren't original, otherwise I would have explained him that he did something wrong. I hope there is a chance for him to get off the black-list again. I will urge him only to publish own texts in future!
