Sarapan itu penting untuk menjaga kestabilan energi dalam beraktivitas. Apalagi kalau anda ada gejala asam lambung, justru oleh sebab itu terbiasakan dengan sarapan pagi. Karna sarapan pagi lebih penting dari pada kita mendahului minum kopi terlebih dahulu. Semoga hari-harinya menyenangkan.
