Right dear..so called flavoured diet soda are equally bad..n more than dat..it is indirect form of toxin ..in a short time it affect ur teeth..n it become a addiction jus like other additions n exausts ur brain system n dehydrate ur body rather than satisfying ur thirst..i would suggest rather taking 750 ml of diet soda consume water which doesnt side effects n lime water, milk based drinks, diluted fresh fruit juices.
