What is critical thinking

Critical Thinking is about how one is self disciplined,self directed, self corrective and self monitored. It is based upon various standards of excellence and thoughtful command of our use. It encloses effective communication and problem solving capabilities and a promise to overcome our ego and social balance.

1. Critical Thinking is the important skill for the Students as it helps in problem solving tasks related to class assignments as well as for facing the real world problems.
2. Critical thinking is a general thinking skill. The ability to think clearly and clearly is important in everything we do. As critical Thinking skill is not restricted to any particular subjected area. As being able to think freely and well helps us solve problems in asserting a career.
3. Critical Thinking is compulsory in the new age growing economy. The global knowledge economy is based on information and technology. One should be able to deal with changes quickly and effectively. This new economy has increased various demands on intellect skills and the ability to analyse information and collect different source of knowledge to slove the problems.
4. Critical Thinking increases and makes better our language and presentation skills. Thinking clearly and systematically can improve the way we express our thoughts. In learning how to analyse the logical structure of texts it also increases vocabulary skills.
5. Critical Thinking promotes our creativity. To get a creative solution to problems not only has new ideas but it also takes to make ideas so they are useful and relevant to the task we do.
6. Critical thinking is crucial of self realisation . In order to live a meaningful and better life and to make it live accordingly we need to justify and reflect on our values and decisions.
7. Good critical Thinking is the base of science and a democratic liberal society. As science requires the critical use of reasons in experiments and theory formation. The proper functioning of a liberal democracy has its citizens to think about it critically on the social issues and to pass judgements about proper governance to overcome bias and prejudices.
