I was surprised when I heard that the Indian government was going to move to a cashless society. From memory it was to combat crimes rates in the country. I can understand the reason why they do it in that sense, but to implement it in the way they did and to go through with something like what you brought to our attention is outrageous. To make it a sustainable system it has to be one that people can agree to and for this to follow the shocking change the Indian community when through with the conversion to paperless economy, I think more thought needs to be given before action!
