Indian Crypto Ban : 10 Year Jail : @mehta Opinion
दो दिन से भारतीय मीडिया की वजह से, crypto से जुड़े लोगों में ये बात फैल चुकी है कि यदि कोई भी cryptocurrency (generate) जारी करेगा, रखेगा, बेचेगा, ट्रेडिंग करेगा या इसमें किसी भी प्रकार से जुड़ेगा तो उसे 10 साल तक की जेल हो सकती है । यह सब एक प्रस्ताव "Banning of Cryptocurrencies and Regulation of Official Digital Currencies Bill 2019" की वजह से है जो बनकर लगभग तैयार हो चूका है । जिसे तैयार करने वाले पैनल की अध्यक्षता इकनोमिक अफेयेर्स सेक्रेटरी सुभाष चन्द्र गर्ग कर रहे है । यह सिर्फ प्रस्ताव है जो न तो पास हुआ है और न ही लागु ।
इन सभी खबरों की वजह से हमारे मन में कई तरह के सवाल उठ खड़े होते है कि अब क्या करें-
- क्या हमें सब बेच-बुचा के इस crypto से बाहर का रास्ता ले लेना चाहिए ?
- क्या हमें भी जेल हो जाएगी ?
- हमें तो बहुत सा नुकसान हो जाएगा ?
- हमारी अब तक की हुई मेहनत का क्या होगा ?
- अब हमारे crypto के asset कौन खरीदेगा ?
- क्या अब सब हमें औने-पौने दामों में बेचना पड़ जाएगा ?
- हमारी अपने समाज में क्या इज्जत रह जाएगी ?
और जाने क्या-क्या सवाल....
इस तरह के सैकड़ो सवाल मन में आ रहे होंगें, परन्तु इन सब का जवाब हर आदमी के लिए अलग- अलग होगा । ये सब उसकी जोखिम उठाने की क्षमता पर निर्भर करेगा ।
मुझे ये ख़बरें तो ठीक लगती है परन्तु ये सब डराने के लिए है क्योंकि ये सब करना इतना आसान नहीं है । न तो इस तरह की चीज को लागु करना, जबकि हमारी कोई गलती ही नहीं है ।
1. क्या हम कोई चोरी-चकारी, हेरा-फेरी, गुंडा-गर्दी, आतंकवादी गतिविधि कर रहे है ?
2. क्या हमने चोरी का पैसा इसमें लगाया है ?
3. क्या हमने टैक्स की चोरी की है ?
जब हम कुछ गलत ही नहीं कर रहे है तो हमें डरने की भी कोई आवश्कता नहीं है । यदि ऐसा 10 साल जेल वाला कोई कानून बनता भी है तो वो इस तरह के गलत काम करने वालों के लिए होगा, न की हमारे जैसे एक आम इन्सान के लिए । तो मैं तो इससे घबरा नहीं रहा हूँ और चाहूँगा कि आप भी न घबराए । सतर्क और ईमानदार रहिए बाकि सब कुशल मंगल ही होगा ।

हमारी गवर्मेंट भविष्य को सवांरने का तो रयास कर नहीं रही है बल्कि अपने ऐसे प्रस्तावों से अपने वर्तमान को भी जौखिम में डाल रही है। अगर भारतीय सरकार अपनी कोई क्रीप्टो करेंसी जारी करना चाहती है तो उसे जल्द ही इस कदम को उठा लेना चाहिए लेकिन बाकी प्लेटफॉर्म को हम भारतीयों के लिए बन्द न करे।
मेहता जी आप तो इस प्लेटफॉर्म पर बहुत पहले से हो, मुझे थोड़ी मदद की जरूरत है । मैं कुछ मांग नहीं रह बस यह जानकारी चाहता हूँ कि मैं अपनी स्टीम को कैसे अपने बैंक अकॉउंट में ट्रांसफर कर सकता हूँ। वैसे आजतक मैंने एक बार भी यह नहीं किया पूरे डेढ़ साल में। हो सके तो मार्गदर्शन करना

@himalayanwomb मै जो इस्तेमाल करने के बारे में सोचता हूँ, वो ये है कि आप किसी को दूंढ़ लो जो खरीदना चाहे. नहीं तो फिर आप instashift website का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हो सीधे steem बेचने के लिए.

मेहता जी जब ये न्यूज़ मेरे को मालूम चली तो एक बार को तो मैं डर ही गया था फिर मैंने सर्च किया तब मालूम चला कि ऐसा कुछ नही है कि क्रिप्टो में डील करने वालो को 10 साल की जेल हो जाएगी।
