1- Don’t Quit At Once
Okay, we agree quitting tobacco is the best thing you could gift yourself, but let’s get real, if you leave tobacco instantaneously, nicotine craving is bound to relapse. A better option is to first cut down on the number of cigarettes you smoke daily and then reduce accordingly.
