But the current scenario of valley since 1990s is Nobody easily dares to visit except The personals of Our Armed Forces. Now why this is so because of the State sponsored terrorism from our neighboring Country. They sponsors not only terrorist from their state but also give aid to the youth of The Kashmir for Stone pelting, Before 1990s they were sending their citizen by recruiting them as terrorist but now they recruit from Kashmir too. A Kashmiri youth who is recruited by them go there and have just necessary training and come back across the border with the help of their army. They train them as a terrorist by providing them little bit Aid to their families, then these recruits also works as suicide bombers for them when the time comes.
Why the youth vulnerable to terrorism is lack of awareness, education and also lack of faith in Indian Political and Judicial System amongst them. They easily get brain washed because they think that Indian system is not taking care of themselves as it is doing in the other States(This is what they think and one more which add fuel in their mind is separate nation and this fuel is also added up by our neighboring nation). And Political parties don’t take up in consideration to remove this idea only and everything will be fine but they serve only their interest.
As some of the youth resides in the very remote areas of the valley so they actually do not have access to the basic facility of a human being, they are the most vulnerable to terrorism. There are some youth who broken this Idea and get proper education now they are serving in the different part of the country and some chosen Armed forces for their careers but Terrorism can’t digest development in the Terrorism affected regions so they abducted and Killed two of them Army Personals who belongs to the most affected areas( Lt. Umar Faiyaz and Rfl man Aurangzeb).
There are stone palters in the valley and their target is our Armed Forces as they thought Our Armed forces spread atrocities upon them but they must think that Armed Forces is everywhere in the country but they don’t detain anyone why there only because the environment has been created for it. They protest against AFSPA(Armed forces special power act), I totally understand that this act create certain kind of problems and restriction in that particular region where it is applied but this is need of hour because some of kashmiris (only the few one) who have separatist tendencies support terrorism and provide accommodation.
I was going through A Report it provides that Indian Army is sponsoring education and health to some areas by weekly/monthly medical camps and Army is providing 45 Army Goodwill School in the valley which are affiliated with J&K secondary board of education having all kind of facilities which a School should have like well furnished classrooms, labs, computer facility, sports faculty etc. These school are running with the support of the parents of the children. They do not have any problem with Army, they are playing with them, having meal .
One should think that which Army is more professional 1- which sponsors terrorism or 2- which sponsors education and health. But this kind of thinking will be available when one have education more than basic literacy level then awareness will increased and this type of ideas will be developed.
Now as after scrapping of Art.370 Centre have full access to the region now they have the very chance to abrogate the terrorism from Valley and to shape and nurture the Beautiful mind for the Youth of that region because previously local govts. were using it as a tool to serve their separate tendencies. As Art.370 was undoubtly creating some kind of misconceptions among their mind as some of them started thinking themselves as a foreigner to India But as I said this was only a misconception among their minds which was prevailing over their Identity as a Indian. But this was a temporarily special Status given to the State of Jammu&Kashmir this was never meant for generating any idea like separate nation. This was given because It may be demand of hour as I was not present at that time so I can’t give any judgment on it. But now the demand of hour was scrapping of this article so it is done !
Now Centre have a great responsibility for providing them education more than basic literacy rate then only we can save them from getting brain washed easily, provide access to basis facilities to those who are residing in remote areas of the valley. When the youth of Kashmir will start distinguish between what is right and what is wrong by themselves after increased perception level and have the definition of human being in stead of Jihad in their minds, there will be Peace and Harmony in the valley. Then the famous song
“Gar firdaus bar-rue zamin ast, hami asto, hamin asto, hamin ast.” which articulates the beauty of this place will be the ground reality.
