My impression today: Floods following the winter storm "Burglind"at the Ihmezentrum in Hannover.
On the other hand, you can easily see how many places in Germany were built at the end of the 1960s, here in the style of brutalism.
The complex is almost one kilometre long and about 200 metres wide, with a gross floor area of 285,000 square metres, it is probably the largest building in Hanover. All floors together cover an area of 350 football fields, with 800 apartments on up to 20 floors. In addition, a total of 100,000 square meters of office and retail space as well as an unopened underground station.
brutalism ^^
