If you want to prevent being the target of US empire attacks this is what you must do
#1 follow us instructions
#2 eat GMO products, preferably US produced, think Monsanto.
#3Drink lots of coca cola and eat lots of Chiquita, drive American cars.
#4give US companies easy access to exploit your ressources
#5 always take the bribes, after all they need dirt on you, in case you decide to step out of line
#6 never ever pick up the phone if Putin or Castro call, N E V E R.

Even after all of that there is no 100% guarantee that uncle sam will still not be pissed off somehow but it should greatly reduce any chance of such an occurrence.
