most of the comments and posts on steemit are absolute garbage.

whether it can be manipulated or not? of course it can. it already is. what's stopping someone from building 50 accounts?

we get daily posts on here from stephankendal or whoever predicting...DMAMAPPING MUST BUY BULLISH pumping the shit out of whatever dumb coin he wants to profit on and it makes the front page every time, yet when questioned about his model and analysis, he goes silent.

not to mention the ratio of legitimate looking and engaging comments are clearly automated on so many threads now.

in short, i would pump the breaks on steemit not being able to be manipulated imo.

as for reddit. there are times when i have legitimately found great discussion and information. unfortunately, i can't say that here but from a VERY small few.
