You know, it’s really hard to stay in the moment and feel all your emotions, feelings, states, when you barely know how to tell sadness from hidden anger. What I mean is, before you start digging into mindfulness definition benefits, you need to do a lot of work to actually get to know yourself, and first of all let yourself express every feeling and emotion.
