It's a real good way for ICO's to ask for contribution to get into the whitelist before you can take part in crowdsale. This almost guarantees that you read at least the whitepaper before investing in an ICO and not just listening to the hyped, shrilled shill.

Decentralized Mechanical Turk powered by Ethereum

I have to admit, the first reason why I got curious about this Gems project was, that I wanted to know what a "Mechanical Turk" stands for as I am a Turkish guy ☻ ☺

I figured out, that I already had some friends who are one of those "Mechanical Turk's" and they are not at all turkish^^
Easy said, these are human worker's doing work on their personal computer that can't be done (by now) by AI.

Centralized examples of existing Mechanical Turk services:

Amazon started for example the mturk web service so that people all over the world can work for Amazon by looking >for example to CD cover's if everything is written correct (e.g. different languages ).

Also, people spread all over the world work for facebook and they have to see so many awful and violent stuff all day long so they can filter and ban these postings and accounts.

I read also a german article ( https://motherboard.vice.com/de/article/aekpag/Billige-Clickarbeit-und-das-digitale-Lumpenproletariat-919 ) about a worker at crowdflower who shared his insight's.

It is obvious, that these centralized version's are quite unfair and bad paid regarding the latter mentioned article and narrations of my friends. To all my friend's living all over the world and having difficulties for example to open a bank account or waiting for an approval for month's in some countries just to enter these centralized services. I will reveal the Figure 4 given in the whitepaper of Gems Protocol to show the benefits of a decentralized version to pay and reward those mechanical turks joining Gems.

Gems Protocol is decreasing unnecessary cost's and offer's a better efficient solution.
The team has huge experiences and a great Idea. They are solving an existing real problem which matter's.
