I think almost all of you doing fixed salary based job for supporting your life. Fixed income is good because you don't need to worry about over flowing bills. People often said money is not happiness but still it's the thing we need for our daily life. I personally think money won't make you happy but it will support you to make your dream come true. This is common case specially in IT field , I got my bachelor degree in information system management back in high school i watched movie called " Seventeen again" and there was a IT guy who succeeded after he developed some sort of programs. That was my fist inspiration of jumping to the IT field but it was very different from what i thought. I was a good student and getting my degree was not that hard for me.

So i got my degree and i need to make money to support my life. And for doing that i worked some IT company almost 2 month and resigned. The reason i stopped working that company was simple first salary didn't meet my expectation, second i worked like 10+ hour on various type of projects so i was always tired when i come home and next day are same again. I know lot of people are doing this for a year or more in their life but the thing is i don't wanted to work like that, I want different thing in my life, i really want to use my precious time for improve myself, learning new things and don't want use my time to just working. And they didn't even pay me the what i deserved. I think lot of people are can't get what they deserved for just think about it " Using your lot of time for some project and you will be paid fixed amount + little bit bonus" this is your result for your long and long hard work how unfair is it.
