In order to check the file that you are interested in, you need to upload it to the server at https://www.v-id.org then V-ID will provide the certificate of origin of the information (OIC) in PDF format (data that is in the blockchain - the time of file creation and the fact that it exists). For using the platform services consumers will pay with VIDT tokens. It is done for the convenience of transactions in the Ethereum network of the ERC20 standard.
