This is super old and was just some FUD around the missing tokens around the ICO. Substratum however never paid out the 100 SUB to people to sign up to this platform for ICOs. They paid data dash to promote their coin. The point is to get other people to buy it blindly because someone they trust is promoting it. Not a good thing. Kinda devious.
Exactly, I know the story. But do you think now it is a a so called scam coin? At least it is a not very professional coin. I would not buy it.
