That's the name of the ICO. This one wants to create a creative ecosystem. Zeepin offers dApps. These are tools that anyone can use to solve many problems related to the protection of copyright, for example, or to talent funding.
Zeepin therefore wants a collaborative and creative work but still remains vague on its subject. If you think that the idea is still innovative you can register and receive your free and removable tokens in March.
