But the world is not showing kindness on Coins and ICOs, while BTC is down only 80% than its All-time High price multiple coins are down 1000%. So this is the failure of crypto more than the failure of Bitcoin, which still is at a fair price. However, this bearish outlook has affected ICO funding.

The world does not need a lot of cryptocurrencies, It already has a well established one "Bitcoin", well if its less count Litecoin, XRP, Dash, Monero in. That's a lot now, still more people are launching cryptocurrencies which surely are not needed, there is no feature that these new ones can offer, which already exists in established ones.
Most of ICO projects are launched without full preparation which includes market research, competitor analysis and Feasibility studies. They get launched in hurry but later feel the heat when going against a high and mighty competitor, already established, causing them to ultimately fail. Crypto space has become overcrowded due to such projects from cryptocurrencies to Dapps all are packed which leads to high competition and more failure.
