Take a look at this model of exchanges and crypto conversions. Skraps platform will be connected to certain exchanges (Kraken, Poloniex, cex.io) via frontend API in order to buy ethereum (if user has fiat) in the most optimal exchange. Ether can then be used to buy the target cryptocurrency using shapeshift.io API. Skraps’ wallet will be integrated with Shapeshift to enable real time conversion from one crypto-token to another. Skraps isn’t a stand-alone exchange, but acts as one in a sense.
ICO Details
The total number of SKRAPS token which will be ever created is 110M. Out of this 66M will be available as part of the token sale in ICO and whitelist. 11M tokens each will be reserved for founders and advisors/team. 5.5M tokens will be reserved for spending in Marketing and Bounty programs. 16.5M tokens will not be issued at the time of ICO and will be reserved for a future token issue. All unsold tokens will be burnt or allocated. Team token is locked for a certain time so that company can’t dump and buyers are assured, same for advisors and only bounty tokens are paid in full.
So from 66M tokens allocated for ICO, assuming 50M was sold, expect that from the assumption of 50M sold, less than that will be circulating in the exchanges because there will be some hodlers and company tokens will be locked and will be released using a systematic method.
1 Skrap can be divided into 18 decimals, to get slightly technical... the decimal value of any coin actually denotes to which decimal the coin can be broken into infinitesimal unit not deterring users from downloading app.
Portfolio Managers
Skraps will also have an additional "Leaderboard" feature that allows any user to create a portfolio and share it with the network. Portfolio owners will earn tokens from those who wish to copy their portfolios. In the list of leaders, each user will be able to see only a part of a portfolio as a familiarization. To get full access to information about the portfolio, you will need to buy the access with tokens from its creator.
The model was developed in a way that SKRP is sure to increase in value because, you would be needing to pay 25% (20% to the fund manager and 5% goes to the company for using their platform) from your monthly profit payable strictly in skrp. 5%fee is monthly and calculated on the profit, not on the whole amount, payable every 31st day.
If your wallet doesn't have enough skrp, the app will sell a portion of your fund to buy this from open market. This model means users will constantly need skrp, hence pushing the price up.
#Skraps is primarily focussed on investing spare change from cryptocurrencies transactions to cryptocurrency portfolios - but to introduce more people to crypto portfolio investment, Skraps will also provide fiat currency to crypto portfolio. So users can even chose to round up their transactions in fiat currencies and the spare amount from these transactions will be invested in crypto portfolios in Skraps platform.
