Let’s pause on that for a moment and think of yourself holistically…..
Let us take this opportunity to reflect on who you are, where we have been, where we would like to go and how you can be a better you.
We are all either massively busy; worried about the figures we have in the bank; how we will be paying off our debts or trying to come up with new and interesting ways.
On the other hand we have that sector that has invested wisely, is bold and takes risks.
Either way everyone makes mistakes, it is these mistakes that makes us a stronger and having gone through them we learn from them either for the better or the worse.
But getting a little bit off topic here, so lets refocus.
Today, let us take the time to take 10 minutes and run through our personal, life calendars.
•Do we exercise?
•As a former sports person, I realized how sport enabled me to focus in places I needed to, it created that balance that allowed me to be the I could be.
• Do we take time out every day to just look back on our day and realize what it is we achieved?
• Have you bought a new item for your cupboard?
• Have you had a different style haircut or colour?
• Have you Built or mended a relationship recently?
• Have you ‘spring cleaned’ your desk or your mind?
Let us take the time to gather ourselves and do something out of the ordinary – let us all begin to appear and be motivated, be bold and be out of the box.
