Simply put, are ICO's better than Lending platforms?
I would say yes hands down!
Many don't understand how lending platforms actually make money and how are they able to pay everyone their interest.
The thing is that they don't!
Lending platforms have one simple way they work.
They get money from new investors and try to pay them back interest daily.
Then they wait for even more new investors and pay back the old investors with that fresh money.
This way they try to pay daily interest back to everyone in they platform, but it is not sustainable.
That is when the platforms start to shut-down. That is the point of no return.
And then there are ICO's!
They are simple! You buy their tokens, wait for them to be on an exchange and sell them for higher price.
Instant profit!
But it is not that easy..
There are many ICO's that are scams too!
You can buy into an ICO and after it is done, the platform can shut-down.... POOF... your money is gone.
That is why you have to research the ICO you want to invest in!
Be an investor in ICO's not lending platforms!
