STAY AWAY from GEM ICO, why?

I told earlier that I really like this ICO idea and it could be huge and I was waiting for details. They posted this yesterday on their blog: https://blog.gems.org/the-gems-token-sale-37fa8a48f062

After reading this, I will stay away from this as much as I can!
Why? 2 billions of coins will be available in ICO and their time will keep 6 billions!!!
I am out after reading this. So they will control 75% of coins, this is worse than Ripple. I didn't find price of coins, maybe I skipped something but after reading that they will hold 75% of coins I was out. They can do whatever they want because these tokens have no value and they can dump the price, sell the coins and make millions of money in couple of days. Best legal scam that I ever seen.
My suggestion to you is to stay away from this! Yeah, idea is great but this idea to hold 75% of coins is terrible!
