The Job Sector has always been the go to profession for any engineering or studying student. They strive to get a 9 to 5 paying job with all the perks that the company provides with it such as increments, bonuses and special benefits for their family and health. This is more so in the developing and underdeveloped nations where jobs at a corporate office is looked upon as something equivalent to owning the whole company that they are working at.
Every single student is in the rat race and that is not bad, since they have to sustain themselves and their family and the easiest way other than to start a business is to get a paying corporate job. This platform being powered by the Blockchain means that it is much more secure and the data is much more safer than the traditional standards. It is also decentralised and the power of say does not lie in the hands of the companies or individuals. It is also transparent, allowing the authorised and users to be able to verify the transactions, transfers and workings of the platform.

Conclusion
It is true that most of the gifts, rewards, coupons and vouchers go unredeemed and this has happened with many of us too. This is because either the reward is inappropriate or hard to redeem requiring you to put in much more effort than what you'd put in to receive the reward.
This is a really niche field with not much competition and they seem to have good token economics in place. It is the team that seems a bit too small and not as diverse as other Blockchain Project.
It remains to be seen if they can deliver on their promise and they could try diversifying themselves in the future.
