Also in the platform will be WPP’s own global power production data. The new Global Green Energy Platform will enable WPP to lessen the cost of green power production for its users globally through the use of WPP’s technologies, partnerships, licenses, affiliates and third-party relationships users. Power generation industry will change because WPP will be able to capture energy supply through data transmission. Transmitted data will be the type of energy produced, the amount of energy available, the price of the energy and its location. Other green energy suppliers in areas such as Geothermal, Hydrogen, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Ocean Mechanical and Ocean Thermal will also be invited into the platform to participate in the move to make green energy affordable to its users everywhere in the globe.
WPP Exchange Platform
This platform will also be set out in the last quarter of 2018 and will gather various cryptocurrencies related to Energy and Crypto Mining in the marketplace into a new exchange platform where different currencies will be traded against one another as well as energy which will make participants increase their liquidity. At least 20 different energy related cryptocurrencies will be tradable in the WPP Exchange Platform. New currencies will be added as the industry grows and the platform will offer the lowest fees in the industry.
Two of the most important sectors of the 21st century - blockchain technology and renewable energies will be integrated because of these two digital platforms to be deployed by WPP.
