I made sure to select a user that followed tradition by taking a picture with a hand written sign, which helps to validate they are a real person and not a bot.
My second criteria is that they are here to help others or from challenging circumstances, which showcasing their talents in Steemit can help uplift them and the platform.

Yes, if we want to create a world without government(I do) we must support each other, even if we don't know each other. It makes for a happier environment. I might start doing this once a week. It feels good to do good.
