It’s a new day and I am alive.
For today I’m having Bamie noodle soup for lunch. This is also traditional javanese Dish.
My in-laws love making this. When I was a child I didn’t eat much of this, because my mom doesn’t really like to cook Javanese dishes. Me neither. Lol.
My angel grandma used to make it, Ofcourse. But if I do remember it clearly, she also didn’t make it often. Only if our family came together.
You can try it at a warung in Suriname. It’s so delicious.
