the differences are very much distinct. in theme and melody, our songs are pole apart from western music.our songs especially the nazrul ssngeet,Rabindra sangeet,traditional songs are very much graceful and refinded. but the western music is very much vulgar.Musical instruments are used more in the western music.on the other hand our are melodious and musical instrument are used less. the western singers use metalic sound. thr significant differences is that individual love is the theme of western music. that love is only the love of the lovers.
